JMF Annual MLB Reunion Dinner Event
/On Friday, February 27, 2015 William Jessup University and The Jerry Manuel Foundation will combine for the 2nd Annual Baseball Soiree called “A Night to Remember.”
MLB stars past and present join the Jerry Manuel Foundation to communicate to the youth, community growth, the game of baseball, and to celebrate the achievements of those who have had a positive impact on the game. Last year’s All-Star studded event hosted some of the most famous faces in the game from the likes of Dusty Baker, Greg Vaughn, Willie McGee and Derek Lee.
Over 400 guests are expected this year for a night that will feature numerous MLB and NFL professional athletes inside of the WJU Ballroom in an effort to announce the partnership of The Jerry Manuel Foundation and William Jessup University baseball.
This year’s Baseball Soiree evening agenda will honor local greats Derrek Lee and Greg Vaughn. The night will also entertain with a “through the years” baseball uniform fashion show, an elegant dinner menu catered by Bon Appetite and heartfelt comments from JMF Founder Jerry Manuel and WJU President John Jackson about the future of baseball and education for the future of the Capital region.
